The total casualties in one year exceeds the total casualties in six years of World War II (40,000,000).

REDIPUGLIA Italy – Pope Francis said on Saturday, September 13, 2014 that the spate of conflicts around the globe today were effectively a “piecemeal” Third World War, condemning the arms trade and “plotters of terrorism” sowing death and destruction.

Actually, World War III has been with us for a long time, possibly dating back to the close of World War II. Truly, it is a different kind of war - one that has not yet unleashed the full military power of great nations. Nevertheless, it is deadlier by far than WW II and more bloody and brutal, with infants in the womb being torn apart limb by limb and their skulls crushed with determination. When will humanity repent of its madness? "But when the Son of Man returns, will he find faith on earth?" Lk 18:8 Or will he find membership?
